OUR PROCESS

How to place your custom party invitation or custom signage order... and wow your friends

(excludes weddings)

1. Gather inspiration pictures (visit our Instagram or Pinterest to help inspire)

2. Lock in your party details (venue, time, date, etc)

3. Place your order via our website here. Custom orders take approx 3-4 weeks to turnaround all artwork and printing {exc shipping}

4. We will contact you to confirm your order, party details, t+c's and supply a quote.

5. Once all party details have been confirmed, and quote approved, a PDF artwork proof will be sent to you for your approval, within agreed upon timelines.

6. Carefully check all party details, phone numbers and spelling. It is the clients responsibility to ensure these are correct.

7. Advise any changes you wish to make - you have the ability to do this up to 3 times. Additional proofs will be charged at $15 per proof.

8. Once you are happy with the artwork and reply APPROVED. An invoice will be sent to you for payment.

9. Please provide proof of payment. Printing will NOT commence until full payment has been received.

10. Allow 7-10 business days* for us to work our magic - we print in house and hand craft every invitation {*longer lead times will apply for specialty printing such as foil or letterpress, or during high production periods}

11. Tracking will be sent with your parcel details and estimated arrival time.

12. Party hard!

Additional Details you NEED to know

  • Orders for parties are open all year round and need approx 1 month turnaround from order placement to delivery. Keep in mind to allow enough time from "date to send to guests" to the date of the party!
  • Custom designed invitations start from $80 inclusive of art and 10 invitations/ plain envelopes. Minimum order 10 invites. Additional invites are charged at $3.50 per invite/ plain envelope.
  • Specialty printing, such as foil, is an additional fee and itemised on quote
  • All orders are standard printed on high quality 250-350gsm stock to fit C6 envelopes (supplied). We are able to source other stock weights and colours, or print other sizes, which may incur an additional fee.
  • Any orders that do not proceed/ cancelled AFTER artwork PDF proofs have been supplied will incur the $80 artwork fee.
  • We will clearly communicate timelines with you. Above time frames are subject to change due to workload. 
  • We can print images and photos. Please note files supplied must be high resolution, with approval from original photographer. No images from Google can be supplied and used. We are also unable to use characters (such a cartoon characters and superheroes) due to licensing restrictions.
  • Please note, we cannot “copy” from a picture you provide due to copyright laws.
  • All of our designs are protected by Copyright under Australian law and may not be reproduced in anyway. We remain Moral Rights owner of all artwork. Meaning, we must be credited in all photography {personal or commercial} published of our work including online, social media and print.
  • Once produced, custom products are non-refundable* {see refund policy}
  • Prior to being used, signs should be stored is a Dry, Flat, Cool place.
  • Foamcore (used in signage) is easily damaged if dropped or bumped. Once delivered, Danger + Moon is not responsible for any breakages or damage, accidental or consequential to your order. But if something awful were to happen, please contact us and we'll offer suitable help!
