Welcome Signs and Seating Plans: Terms + Conditions
- Allow approximately one month*
- We will contact you via email to confirm design and details within 3 days of order being placed.
- We aim to turnaround your custom artwork in 10-15 business days from confirmation of order subject to workload * From time to time unforeseen circumstances can affect order lead-time
- We recommend delivery of your signage 1 week prior to the event (exc shipping/ delivery).
- Once your proof is approved we need 3-5 business days to print.
PROOFS & ARTWORK
- You will be supplied with a PDF design proof with the ability to make changes up to 3 times.
- Additional changes over this will be charged at $10 per proof.
- Carefully double check for any errors including names. It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure these are correct. Once proof has been approved to print, we are not responsible for any grammatical or spelling errors.
- For seating plans - we will work from spreadsheets where guest names are required to merge onto designs. Any errors in spelling on these documents will result in errors on your final product, to which we cannot be held responsible.
- Once you are happy with the design, please reply to us APPROVED.
We can print images and photos. Please note files supplied must be high resolution.
Please note, we cannot “copy” from a picture you provide due to copyright laws. We cannot use any images you supply unless you are the original author e.g. no images from Google can be supplied and used. We are also unable to use characters (such a cartoon characters and superheroes) due to licensing restrictions.
All of our designs are protected by Copyright under Australian law and may not be reproduced in anyway.
Once produced, custom signs are non-refundable.
