Refund policy
Returns
We take great pride in the quality of our goods. All items are inspected prior to shipping. If, for any reason, goods are faulty in any way upon delivery we will exchange the item. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis determined by how minor or major the issue is.
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your goods and we will help ascertain if a refund or exchange is suitable.
All qualities and sizes will be communicated to you via T+C's and/or the artwork approval process. You will not qualify for a refund if:
- goods are fit for use in meeting these specifications
- goods meet the T+C's and artwork approval
- you have misunderstood T+C's or artwork specifcations
Faulty goods are those not fit for use through: a manufacturing fault, fault in printing execution, incorrect quality or size supplied other than that approved, spelling or grammatical errors made on our accord and NOT approved by you (that is, does not match approved art).
Goods are not considered faulty if they have not met your expectations but do meet all approvals above. Spelling or grammatical errors that are approved by you and printed will incur a reprint fee.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given to goods that have- been written on
- clear signs of usage
- sent out to guests (eg invitations)
- the even date has passed
- change of mind
Our policy lasts 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.. We also require proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged (accidental or consequential) or missing parts {other than our error}
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- If the event date has passed
If approved, we will exchange goods, offer a store credit for future use, or returned monies.
Once delivered, Danger + Moon are not responsible for any breakages or damage, accidental or consequential.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery or due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at annette@dangerandmoon.com and send your item to: 137 St Albans Rd East Geelong Victoria AU 3219.
Items for exchange must be returned to Danger + Moon. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Late or missing refundsÂ
If you haven’t received a refund with 1-2 business days, contact your credit card company or bank, there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at annette@dangerandmoon.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not charge shipping for resent exchanges.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
